Single Equality Scheme

The College’s 2008/09 Single Equality Scheme replaces the separate Disability, Gender and Race Schemes and Action Plans published previously. This Single Scheme reflects the different strands of the Equality Act and Government’s new Single approach. In common with other organisations and colleges in the sector, we have concentrated on a whole College Equality and Diversity culture, whilst separating the Action Plan into appropriate strands.
